LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LPN license
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders and resident care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, accurately documenting any changes or concerns
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for residents
