Outpatient Mental Health Services at Sinai Hospital
We treat a wide variety of mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clinic is staffed by caring, licensed professionals. We take great pride in delivering quality, compassionate care to our patients and their loved ones.
Job Summary
The RN participates in program-based and/or behavioral health quality improvement activities. The individual performing this job routinely serves a diverse population that is primarily adult and geriatric. The RN functions in the context of a multidisciplinary team providing evaluation, supervision of staff, medication administration, patient education and group intervention services to individuals enrolled in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic.

Job Summary

Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License (In accordance with current residency requirements).
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required; OP Behavioral Health experience is sufficient with demonstrated experience in the administration of psychotropic medications (3+ years of experience preferred).
- Current/Valid BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience with use of an EMR system - Cerner preferred.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
