Registered Nurse, GI Practice, Elkton, MD New

ChristianaCare is currently seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse for our GI practice located at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. The selected nurse will support 3 providers at this location.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, day shift
• no weekends or holidays

Position Highlights

• Provides telephone triage support.
• Applies critical thinking skills to help patient's navigate questions and concerns.
• Provides patient education as needed, facilitates prescription refills, retrieves messages and follows up appropriately.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.

Special Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Maryland.
• BLS certification required.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
