Attention families with youth enrolled in grades 3-6
Register to be a part of this amazing FREE program focusing on developing healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. The program will take place from April- June with many incentives along the way. Sessions are being offered virtually with an in-person presentation on May 21st. The Well-Prepared Program will engage parents and students by providing information from the 5210health campaign.

Please see below regarding the program's Pre & Post Tests for Kids and Parents. There is only one test for both groups. The Pre-test is the same as the Post-test.
